Terms & Policies
- For corporate group reservations, especially companies with no credit approval, the hotel requires full payment prior to the event date. In the event that credit is not approved, the hotel requires an advance deposit with an amount determined by the hotel and the full amount will be paid prior to the start of the event.
- Private rooms and contractual prices are assigned accordingly to the number of anticipated attendees at the time the function is booked. The Hotel reserves the right to renegotiate these prices and/or change the assigned function room(s) in the event of a decrease in the number of attendees. Spaces are confirmed only for the time mentioned in the contract, including the booths set up and break down time. Rooms to be held continuously on a 24-hour basis must be specific in writing and will require an additional charge. Room’s allocation is not guaranteed unless specified in writing.
